Privacy Policy
Your development goals and review history deserve clear boundaries. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is needed, and how to contact us about it.
Who operates the service
Instensium Improviosa is an invitation-only team development and review application operated by Eugene Kutas (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the application at instensium-improviosa.me.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@astaismi.resend.app. Your review owner manages your workspace access and the review information they enter about you. Their organization may also have its own policies governing workplace records.
Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address, workspace role, and account creation, activation, and deactivation dates. Your review owner supplies your name and email before your first sign-in.
- Google sign-in information: Google provides a basic identity profile, which can include your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile picture. We use your verified email to match you to a provisioned workspace account.
- Workspace content: development goals, descriptions, target dates, completion status, progress check-ins, review periods, authorship, and associated timestamps.
- Service records: reminder schedules and delivery results, support correspondence, and technical request and error logs. Server logs may include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and request times.
How Google data is used
Google sign-in is used to authenticate you and confirm that your email matches an account authorized by the review owner. The app requests basic sign-in permissions (openid, email, and profile). It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or Calendar, and it never receives your Google password.
The application does not save Google access or refresh tokens in its database or session, and it does not copy your Google profile name or picture into your workspace record during sign-in. The session contains your workspace identity and an expiry time.
We use Google user data only for the disclosed sign-in and account-access purposes. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Why we use workspace information
We use information to provide and secure account access, display goals and review history, record progress, maintain backups, investigate faults or abuse, and respond to requests. When email reminders are enabled, we use names, email addresses, review dates, and relevant progress summaries to send service messages.
The application does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics. It records information for people to review; it does not automatically score employees or make employment decisions.
Who can access information
Team members can access their own goals and review records. Review owners can access and manage team members’ account information, goals, check-ins, review periods, and reminder history. Authorized service administrators may access records when needed to operate the service, provide support, or address security issues.
- DigitalOcean provides the server infrastructure that stores and processes the application database, logs, and backups.
- Google provides authentication and processes sign-in under its own privacy policy.
- Resend processes recipient addresses and message content when service emails are sent. Reminder content can include names, review dates, goal counts, and links back to the app. Resend also receives messages sent to our support address, including sender details, message content, and any attachments you provide.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell workspace data or share it with advertisers.
If you choose to use a browser assistant with the app’s optional assistant integration, it can access information permitted by your signed-in role. Review your assistant provider’s privacy practices before allowing it to access workplace information.
Cookies and security
We use essential cookies for sign-in, session continuity, and protection against forged requests. Sessions have a maximum lifetime of seven days and can end earlier if you sign out or access is revoked. Blocking these cookies prevents sign-in. Google may set its own cookies during authentication.
The service uses HTTPS, authenticated access, role-based permissions, and restricted server access. These measures reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not put passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in goals or check-ins.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records remain available to support ongoing reviews and review history. Archiving a goal or review period, or deactivating an account, does not delete its records. The app does not currently apply an automatic deletion deadline to workspace records; deletion requests are handled by the operator with the review owner where appropriate.
Routine database backups are configured for a 14-day rotation. Deleted information may remain in a backup until that backup is removed during a successful rotation. We may retain information when required by law or needed to resolve an outstanding security issue or dispute.
Your choices and requests
You may ask for access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@astaismi.resend.app. You can also ask your review owner to deactivate your account or discuss reminders. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the records involved. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, or to complain to a data protection authority.
You can remove the app’s Google access through your Google Account connections. Removing that connection does not delete workspace records or necessarily end an existing app session; sign out and contact us for account deletion.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or a service message. If we introduce a new use of Google user data, we will disclose it and obtain any required consent before that use begins.
