About these terms

These terms govern your use of Instensium Improviosa at instensium-improviosa.me, operated by Eugene Kutas (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the workspace. Questions can be sent to support@astaismi.resend.app.

The service and your account

The app helps invited team members and review owners manage development goals, progress check-ins, and review periods. There is no public registration. Your review owner must provision your account, and you must sign in using the Google account that matches your authorized email address.

Use only your own account, keep it secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Access is limited by your assigned role and may be removed by the review owner. Do not share an authenticated session or use another person’s identity.

Responsible use

• Use the workspace for legitimate team development and review activities, in accordance with applicable law and your organization’s policies.
• Only enter information you are entitled to share. Keep review notes relevant, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and respectful of other people.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or malicious content, or expose unnecessary personal or confidential information.
• Do not bypass access controls, inspect another member’s private records without authorization, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain credentials.
• If you use an assistant or automation, review the information you share and the actions you authorize. The same access and acceptable-use rules apply.

Your content and privacy

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You authorize us to store, process, back up, and display that content to authorized workspace users as needed to operate the service. These terms do not give us ownership of your content.

Review owners are responsible for appropriate account access and for the workplace information they collect and enter. The Privacy Policy explains how the service handles account information, Google sign-in, workspace data, and requests for access or deletion.

Reviews and reminders

The app is a recordkeeping and collaboration tool. People remain responsible for assessing information and making review or employment decisions. A goal status, timeline, or reminder is not a guarantee of performance or an employment outcome.

When enabled, reminders are provided to help you keep track of review dates. Delivery depends on third-party email services and may be delayed or fail. Keep your own track of important deadlines.

Availability and changes

We may update features or interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep separate copies of information you need to retain independently.

Google sign-in and other supporting services are subject to their providers’ terms and availability. This app is independently operated and is not a Google product or an endorsement by Google.

Suspension and leaving the service

We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or withdrawal of your workspace authorization. You can stop using the service at any time and ask the operator about obtaining a copy of your information or deleting your account.

Signing out, removing Google access, or account deactivation does not automatically delete review history. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will remain on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or a service message before they take effect. For questions, support, or account requests, contact support@astaismi.resend.app.
